Pros: * Multi-OS scanning capabilities (Windows, Mac, *nix, SNMP) * Website can be setup through IIS and database can be setup on MS SQL DB. * Integrates with AD * Tools to monitor processes on computers in near real time, as well as other handy tools * Good reporting tools (SQLite DB with SQLite Editor built-in, as well as easy-to-use “Easy” report creation) * Integrates with PDQ DeployĬons: * Doesn’t scan IP ranges (that I’m aware of) * Only works with Windows (as far as I’m aware) * Doesn’t grab license info on software, like MS Office or Windows * No web interface I’ve used all three, and, so far, here’s my pro’s and con’s list for each. I’m just curious what everyone’s opinion on the three mentioned software packages are for asset/inventory management.
